How can I find out about recent transactions?
  • Choose "Recent transactions" under the "Account Management" category in the reseller control panel.
How do I change my account information?
  • Choose "Update Account Info" under the "Account Management" category of the control panel.
What if I forget my password?
  • If you forget your password, you can use the password retrieval tool to have it e-mailed to you. You can reach this tool by following the "forgot password?" link under the login area of the home page. Also, when you enter an incorrect password you will be prompted with a link to this tool. Once you've filled in the required information your password will be e-mailed to you.
