At the Step-1 of installation, I cannot go on with the process by clicking the "install now" button, the page just remain unchanged, why?

It's due to your PHP version. Please kindly be informed your PHP should be ver4.10 or more advanced to run the template ver3.0.

At the Step-2 of installation, I can not get to next step.

What are the system requirements to install the template?

My template doesn't work, it gives "Sorry, the system is in the maintenance" when I click any links, why is this?
